      Beef Wellington Take n’ Bake Instructions


      • 2 Beef Wellington
      • 1 egg wash
      • 1 veal demi glacé

      Equipment needed:

      • Small sheet tray or baking sheet
      • Pan spray
      • Sauté pan
      • Pastry brush



      • -Preheat oven to 425F
      • -Spray small sheet tray or baking sheet with pan spray.
      • -Remove Beef Wellington’s from Togo packaging and place onto small sheet tray or baking sheet.
      • -Use prepared egg wash and pastry brush to coat Wellington’s thoroughly.
      • -Dust with a little sea salt on top (optional)

       **MOST IMPORTANT STEP**  Open, Pour and Enjoy Wine :) 

      • -Place into oven at 425F and bake for 18 min (for Medium Rare). Remove and allow to rest for 5 min before serving.
      • -While Wellington’s are resting, pour demi glacé into a small sauté pan and warm stirring occasionally.
      • -Pour Demi glacé onto two plates and place one Wellington on each sauced plate.


      *for Medium Temperature cook for 20-21 minutes with a 5 minute rest.

      **If you would like it cooked past medium make sure to cover it in foil for the first 15 min of cooking. (23 min cooking time with a 5 minute rest)
